This Site exists to:

• Share information about the Power Player Plan™ and related coaching services
• Allow you to book and pay for services
• Provide resources connected to authority, visibility, and leadership

Everything here is for information and education only, not personalised legal, financial, medical, or HR advice. You stay responsible for your own decisions.

To use this Site or buy from it, you must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a contract

Coaching and strategy services

Power Player Plan™ offers and related services are professional services, not physical goods.

Because:

• You gain immediate access to booking links, preparation materials, and our intellectual property
• We reserve time in the calendar for you
• The work is delivered in a high-touch, personalised way

…all purchases are non-refundable, except where consumer law in your country insists otherwise.

If you are unsure whether a service is right for you:

• Read the page carefully
• Use the “Check in with Coach Kym” option where available
• Ask questions before you buy

Rescheduling and no-shows

• If you need to move a session, you must use the reschedule link at least 24 hours before the start time
• Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours' notice may be treated as used
• Repeated reschedules or no-shows may result in us declining future bookings

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if we believe a client relationship is not a good fit. If this happens before work has started, we may cancel and refund at our discretion.

6. Behaviour and acceptable use
You agree not to use this Site to:

• Break any laws
• Harass, insult, or harm anyone
• Upload or share content that is defamatory, hateful, obscene, or unlawful
• Try to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Site or its security
• Copy, scrape, or download content for commercial use without our written permission

If you misuse the Site or services, we may:

• Remove your access
• Cancel services
• Take legal or technical steps to protect ourselves and other users
